Sustainable Consumer Coffee Grinder

The environmental and social impact of growing and processing of coffee beans is heavily discussed and in some ways something that is currently being addressed. However, This project is looking specifically to reduce the impact of a key consumer product used to prepare coffee at home, that being the blade grinder.
