In order to greater understand the variety and complexity of challenges relating to maintaining good sexual and reproductive health a user journey map of two separate persona’s was constructed from a combination of secondary and primary ethnographic research.

Due to the ethical limitations of the project, in terms the sensitivity of subject matter, an auto-ethnographic study was conducted in order to gain insight into the usability and satisfaction of the information architecture and prototyped flow.
After evaluation, a set of high-fidelity product screens were produced.
These have been arranged into a storyboard, highlighting the key screens and touch points with which a user can interact.
